Disruptive innovation with a conscience: Liverpool agency reveals new brand identity for global health collective

Liverpool agency Poke Marketing has unveiled a new brand identity for The Conscience Collective, a global initiative supporting early-stage healthcare innovators led by Dr Annalisa Jenkins OBE.

The project sees Poke Marketing partner with The Conscience Collective, which was created to help founders tackling global health challenges turn breakthrough ideas into scalable, real-world solutions.

Founded by Dr Annalisa Jenkins, The Conscience Collective focuses on mentoring young innovators working in underserved communities, connecting them with strategic support, funding routes and experienced global talent. The new identity was designed to reflect that mission while building trust and credibility with partners, mentors and investors.

At the centre of the rebrand is a floating feather logo, intended to symbolise “disruptive innovation with a conscience”. The mark subtly forms a ‘C’, while its lightweight design is meant to convey openness, balance and ethical ambition. A refreshed colour palette blends darker, more established tones with brighter electric accents, aiming to combine authority with forward-thinking energy.

The visual identity has been rolled out across a new website, positioned as a central hub for innovators, mentors and investors, with a focus on clearly communicating the Collective’s purpose and making engagement straightforward.
