One Touch, a pioneer in Voice AI solutions for the hospitality sector, is to integrate its Millie AI with OpenTable, a global leader in restaurant tech.
Millie AI by One Touch is a guest-led AI Voice assistant platform that is now available to OpenTable customers in the UK, US, Canada, Dubai and Australia. The partnership enables restaurants using both platforms to automate diner calls and streamline operations for restaurants, improving customer experience.
Millie AI by One Touch takes table bookings 24/7, requests food delivery and handles customer queries. Unique features include a confirmation call back feature where Millie calls the customer to confirm their reservation, offers tailored upgrade packages, makes sure important preferences are noted, handles bookings for OpenTable Experiences, and the management of large parties.
The partnership marks a significant milestone for the growth of the Leeds-headquartered firm, which has also secured investment to back its accelerated growth into international territories including the US, Canada, Dubai and Australia.
