North East creative agency invests in AI and PR

Cargo Creative is marking its 16th year in business with investment in new technology and staff.

The North Shields agency said that there had been record growth over the last 12 months and the “transformative year” has seen the launch a new digital PR service to meet the needs of clients in an “AI-evolving world.”

“The industry is evolving fast, and we’ve always chosen to adapt rather than resist change,” explained Paul Hart, Managing Director and Founder of Cargo.

“AI is transforming every part of the creative sector, and by learning to use it to our advantage, we’re strengthening what we do best, which is deliver creative solutions that drive real results. Our new PR service allows us to bridge creativity, strategy and visibility to help clients cut through the noise and create impactful campaigns.”

The agency has recently moved into a new studio at Harbour House, which it said provided more space for collaboration and future development. It’s hired 7 new staff this year alone, including its first dedicated Client Partner.
