KubeNet has acquired telecoms and connectivity provider, Fibre1.
It is the Glasgow tech firm’s second deal of the year, having bought ISN Solutions Group in April.
The rapid expansion comes following a £2.25m investment from Maven Capital Partners in March.
“Fibre1 has built a strong reputation for great customer service and delivering innovative solutions to the SMB sector,” said Julie Inglis, Director at KubeNet.
“The addition of over 200 clients further strengthens KubeNet’s presence across the North of Scotland, complementing our Aberdeen office and supporting our ambition to expand our services throughout the UK. For Fibre1 clients, this transition means continuity of service, enhanced support, and access to the full range of solutions and expertise offered by KubeNet.”

“KubeNet’s strong reputation and collaborative culture align perfectly with our own values and we’re confident this partnership will take Fibre1 and our customers to the next level.”
