UTV Media (GB) is to launch dedicated Christmas DAB stations in Yorkshire and Stoke-on-Trent.
The group will launch Pulse Christmas in Bradford and Huddersfield, Signal Christmas across Stoke-on-Trent and also Wave Christmas in Swansea.
The stations will start broadcasting on November 28 and run until December 28.
Iain Fowler, group director for UTV Media’s local stations, said: “We are always looking for new ways to engage with our listeners and these stations are an excellent brand extension for us – we know there’s an appetite for festive tunes and what better way to ring in the Christmas season.”
