Reputation management company Igniyte has appointed two new senior specialists.
The Leeds and London-based digital firm has recruited Roz Sheldon as head of client services and former TV scriptwriter Matthew Cooper as digital content manager in response to a series of major client wins.
Director, Caroline Skipsey, says the new appointments will help them meet the needs of their growing customer base.
“Their appointments mark the end of a very strong few months for us here at Igniyte. Now we’re looking forward to building on our success throughout 2014 and beyond.”
Sheldon spent a decade working with some of the North’s best-known agencies, most recently at Logistick, Numiko and Brass in Leeds.
She will oversee all client-facing work at Igniyte, as well as reviewing and managing internal teams and processes.
Cooper takes charge of content creation and was previously working in digital content production and social media for debt charity, StepChange.
He won acclaim as part of the team behind their highly successful MoneyAware blog and will use his in-depth industry knowledge to help Igniyte clients dealing with negativity online.
A former TV scriptwriter and film maker – whose credits include Emmerdale, EastEnders and Hollyoaks – Cooper will also be responsible for maintaining best practice across the company’s in-house writing team.
Igniyte, is based in Calls Landing, Leeds as well as London-based and works with global brands, businesses and individuals to maintain a positive profile online.
