Triple Shoot the Moon merger creates 85-strong pan-Northern agency

Independent marketing agencies Shoot the Moon, Delineo and JGM have officially merged to create STM AGENCY – a single, full-service integrated agency that combines the skills and experience of 85 talented team members across Manchester, Leeds and Lancashire.

Parent company Shoot the Moon Group first acquired JGM back in 2019, before merging with Delineo in 2021. In the three years that followed, they’ve been hard at work uniting the teams, aligning processes and creating a thriving culture of collaborative working. This official merger is the natural next step, with the combined agencies now rebranding to become STM AGENCY. 

The 85-strong team unites all their collective talent and experience and moves forward with one simple mission:  growing the businesses they work with, by harnessing the power of a concept they call ‘Perpetual Thinking’. This involves opening minds to bold new strategies, exciting new channels and innovative technologies – and clients as diverse as Brother, Asda, Tui, St Pierre and Rochdale Borough Council are already seeing valuable results from this approach.  

In line with the evolution, STM AGENCY has established three specialist teams, which allow them to serve a wide range of clients across multiple sectors. 

  • STM CREATE: content, copy and design specialists who unite to tell memorable brand stories.  
  • STM REACH: performance strategists with the analytical minds to execute campaigns that deliver. 
  • STM CODE: developers who convert browsers to buyers by creating compelling online experiences.  

The new setup gives clients direct access to all the talent across the agency, enhancing capabilities so they can capitalise on every opportunity to grow their brand. This is all underpinned by an agile client services model, led by recently appointed group client services director Natalia Ashton-Togher.

Alongside these three hubs, STM AGENCY is supported by two sister agencies – medical communications specialists Anytime After Nine, and the award-winning food and drink content teams at Eat & Breathe.
