Media Hub Senior Technical Operator
Reporting to a Media Hub Team Leader, your position will be within the team of skilled Senior Technical Operators.
You will be required to oversee the daily work of the team to ingest media, transcode, export to spec, manage file transfers, perform media uploads and edit material when required by our clients, as well as taking on complex operational support work yourself.
Your role is vital in ensuring all media within the facility is carefully managed so clients have the best possible experience.
You will need to have an excellent understanding of file-based formats and a good working knowledge of Avid & Adobe editing software and Mac & Windows OS.
Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Content Agent and other post production software is also beneficial, as are strong troubleshooting skills.
Media Hub Technical Operator
You will be required to ingest media, transcode, export to spec, manage file transfers, perform media uploads and edit material when required by clients.
You will need to have an understanding of file-based formats and knowledge of Avid & Adobe editing software, as well as an awareness of current broadcast standards.
You will have some operational experience dealing with file-based workflows whilst working in a full end to end post production facility and be very keen to develop a career in post production.
Post Producer (Broadcast)
The Post Producer role is key to the project management through the facility and is the main point of contact for clients. Post Producers have the opportunity to work across a wide range of TV genres.
Based around leading creative content systems – primarily Avid and Adobe – dock10 operates a large estate of onsite and remote edit facilities – in addition to high end audio dubbing and picture grading facilities.
It also manages an award-winning VFX team, who work across a broad range of genres.
A successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience in a Broadcast Post Producer role, be customer centric and have excellent communication skills.
Post Production Coordinator
Key to the success and growth of the Post Production business is an experienced, client focussed post production management team.
The Post Production Coordinator provides valuable support to the Post Producers and Creatives within the Post team – and performs a wide variety of administration and logistical tasks.
You should have a genuine interest in the TV Post Production process, be able to deal with complex organisation of resources and be customer centric and have excellent communication skills.
