Swiss data hosting company Artmotion has appointed PR Agency One to support its international expansion plans.
The Manchester-based PR agency has been tasked with implementing an international communications strategy to highlight the services offered by Artmotion and demonstrate how corporations can benefit from Switzerland’s approach to privacy and security.
Concern over US-controlled cloud services has grown in the wake of recent leaks regarding the American National Security Agency’s (NSA) PRISM surveillance programme.
Artmotion is the largest offshore data host in Switzerland and its client base includes Fortune 500 organisations.
As well as raising the profile of Artmotion internationally, the aim of the PR campaign is to ensure continued growth and ultimately drive further enquires and sales via its website.
Mateo Meier, CEO of Artmotion, said: “The data revolution is here and we’re finding that businesses need increasingly more complex and expansive solutions to store their data. Amid this new demand for heightened privacy, which has only intensified after the recent PRISM scandal, we’re keen to promote our safe data hosting offering internationally.
“We were impressed with PR Agency One’s creative ideas and content-led approach, as well as its exceptional knowledge of our business and industry, so we’re excited to start working with them.”
James Crawford, managing director at PR Agency One, added: “PRISM has made firms more aware of data security so this is the perfect opportunity to promote Artmotion’s offering on an international level. Our communications strategy will highlight the impressive security benefits the company offers and we’ll engage with key markets to further support Artmotion’s ambitious growth objectives.”
Artmotion adds to other recent wins for PR Agency One including Fletchers Solicitors and Yoast.
