Following the recent merger of the two B2B agencies IAS based in Bollington and Stein + Partners based in New York, the new combined agency Stein IAS has unveiled its new brand ID and an agency defining strap-line ‘Most Important’.
The new entity will be officially launched today at the Business Marketing Association’s (BMA) International Conference in Chicago where its creative directors, Reuben Webb and Michael Ruby, will present the new agency’s credentials.
The Stein IAS identity incorporates a three-dimensional brand design and will surprise many as the colours are more suggestive of a consumer agency rather than a B2B offer.
Michael Ruby, creative director (Americas) responded: “The bright, dynamic colours bring life and energy to the brand – and powerfully differentiate us from traditional B2B agencies. Our logo says that we are and place our clients at the vanguard of global B2B.”
Tom Stein is CEO of Stein IAS (Americas) while Rob Morrice will oversee IAS’ other operations across Bollington (the European HQ), London, Paris and the recently opened Shanghai office.
The combined agency says it has revenues of circa £15m and employs over 100 staff making it one of the largest purely B2B agencies in the world.
Clients include: ADP, Atos, Barnes & Noble, BP Castrol, Chicago Board Options Exchange, Crisp Media, Iron Mountain, KPMG, Merck, Nespresso, Pearson, Trelleborg, UTest and Wolters Kluwer.
