A “seismic shift in digital maturity” as 26 reveals CIPD website

Leeds digital agency, 26, has completed the new website for professional body, the CIPD.

The MSQ agency won a pitch for the work in February last year and since then has undertaken a full overhaul of the website, with the aim of better serving existing and new users, driving collaboration, efficiency and effectiveness.

“Our new website is a huge first step in providing a more powerful, clear and engaging window for all that we do – not only for our members but for the millions of people that visit our website every year. It will make a demonstrable difference in how we connect and engage with all of our customers,” said CIPD Chief Executive, Peter Cheese.

The site has been build on Optimizely’s Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

“Partnering with 26 has enabled CIPD to make a seismic shift in digital maturity. 26 were able to understand the complexities of our organisation, work with us to create a multi-year vision and define a programme for achieving it,” added Jenny Gowans, Director of Research, Policy and Content at CIPD.

Adam Powers, Chief Experience Officer at 26 explained:

“We recognised early on that this project was so much more than a re-platforming engagement and we are delighted to be CIPD’s partner in this digital journey. Underpinning our own human-centric efforts is the organisation’s core purpose, creating a world of work that creates value for everyone. I believe this shows clearly what we’ve created together so far and will only increase in the forthcoming phases.”
