Scoop on a Mission to drive Albert’s Schloss food awareness

Manchester-based brand communications agency, Scoop, has been appointed by Mission Mars, the multi-concept operator behind the popular Albert’s Schloss and Rudy’s Pizzeria brands, as well as Manchester’s Albert Hall venue.

Scoop will deliver regional media and influencer support for Albert’s Schloss in Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham, with the aim of driving awareness of its food offering.

Pippa Nixon, managing director of Scoop, said: “We’re super excited to be working with such a fantastic and renowned multi-concept operator, and proud to be trusted with the brilliant, and beloved brand of Albert’s Schloss.

“We have been hyper focussed on becoming immersed in the Mission Mars brands so that we can really successfully communicate the huge depth of each to consumers, and we’re looking forward to working closely with the team to help the group to grow further.”

James Newman, marketing and sales director at Missions Mars, commented: “The Albert’s Schloss brand is relatively well-known for its quality bar and entertainment offering in the cities we operate, but we’re less known for our Alpine Cook Haus. This brief is about showcasing our equally quality food offering to existing and new audiences; everything from our in-haus bakery to Sunday roasts, and the Rise + Shine Breakfast request line.”

Now in its fourth year, Scoop delivers brand communications to some of the most ambitious brands around the UK across sectors including F&B, hospitality, leisure, property and events.

Recent work has seen Scoop launch The Lamb of Tartary, the newest concept from the team behind Edinburgh Castle, with its hospitality roster also including Double Dutch, Big Fang Collective, Northern Restaurant & Bar, The Black Friar, & Popeyes UK.

Last year the agency launched four Popeyes UK venues in quick succession, including its first-ever drive-thru site in Rotherham, with creative content and experience-led campaigns leading to multi-hour long queues forming outside each of the sites.

The brand communications agency also recently welcomed two new team members, marketing manager Tasha Bloom, and senior communications exec Tom Dellow. Bloom, previously creative account manager at Social Instinct, will support the agency in growing its marketing and creation arm, while Tom, with his background at integrated agency Liquid (working in both Birmingham & Brisbane) will specialise in strategic comms for the agency’s growing roster of F&B clients.
