Jon Chapman and Paul Kinsella have been promoted to Chief Creative Officers at healthcare comms agency Havas Lynx Group.
The pair were previously Executive Creative Directors at the Manchester-based agency, which has 400 staff and works with clients including AstraZeneca, Janssen and Novartis.
In their new roles, they will be jointly responsible for driving forward the agency’s creative vision and “forging a powerful platform to drive creative to match the Group’s ambitions”.
Chapman has over 16 years’ experience in consumer and health advertising, and has worked across campaigns including disease awareness, patient activation, brand launches and social initiatives.
Kinsella, who previously worked for Cheetham Bell JWT and BJL, joined Havas Lynx Group five years ago as the Creative Director of Havas Lynx London.

Both roles are based in Manchester but both Chapman and Kinsella will be working across at Havas Lynx Group’s other office in London.
