Lanor Productions are behind the new brand campaign for furniture brand Fleming & Howland, creating a video which celebrates eccentric individuals and their unique style.
The production company, which is based at the Sharp Project in Manchester, created ‘Proud to be Eccentric’ for the family-run Lancashire firm, whose heritage spans back to 1780.
The 55-second spot was directed by Duncan Kemp, and features a custom set design which took more than a month of pre-production with Playmaker Studios. Its centrepiece is a stylish Chesterfield flanked by a group of unconventional dressers.
Paul Fleming, Managing Director at Fleming & Howland, said: “A belief that one object of genuine quality is worth more than a sea of mass-produce alternatives remains fundamental for us and for all willing eccentrics.
“Greg [Bass] and the team at Lanor have brought this quality of our brand to life in ways I couldn’t imagine. It’s been a fantastic experience.”
Greg Bass, Lanor Productions’ owner, added: “This was a really enjoyable film to produce. It was a collaborative process with the client and lots of creative freedom. We’re proud of the end result!”
