Leeds Bradford Airport and Monarch Airlines have renewed their partnership with Yorkshire County Cricket Club.

The deal will see supporters and their families benefit from exclusive airport offers and competitions to win flights.

Leeds Bradford said its location – just six miles from Headingley – made it an ideal place for Yorkshire fans to jet off on holiday or business.

Tony Hallwood, aviation development director at Leeds Bradford Airport, said: “Club supporters and their families will be able to benefit from a range of exclusive offers and have the opportunity to win flights and holidays with our airlines and tour operators flying from Leeds Bradford Airport.

“We are focused upon providing the very best routes to connect Yorkshire with a wide range of destinations, so we are confident that supporters will enjoy the benefits of this exciting partnership.”

Andy Dawson, commercial director of Yorkshire County Cricket Club, said: “Leeds Bradford Airport, like Yorkshire cricket, is synonymous with the region and play a major role in putting Yorkshire on the map. To have that partnership is important for both parties and mutually beneficial. We look forward to developing our association over the summer.”
