Brand8 PR in Leeds, has been brought in by Chancerygate to promote its expansion strategy.
The industrial property developer manages £220m of assets across more than 4.9m sq ft around the UK.
Brand8 was appointed following a competitive pitch and will provide brand strategy, PR, content marketing and social media.
