Guerilla looks to capture “excitement and wonder” for Entertainer TV campaign

Newcastle agency Guerilla has launched a new TV campaign for national toy shop chain, The Entertainer.

Filmed by re:production, the ad features The Entertainer’s shop in the intu Metrocentre and will go live on January 29th.

It promotes the chain’s latest offer – buy one toy and choose another for just a penny – and will also include radio, PR and digital marketing activities.

Rachel Bearryman, account director at Guerilla, explained: “With such a strong offering; buying one toy and choosing another one for just a penny it was really important that we captured the excitement and wonder that a child has when they visit an Entertainer toyshop.

“It was also vital to get across the creativity and fun that children experience when playing with their toys.”

Rebecca Rees, head of marketing & licensing at The Entertainer, added: “We are delighted with the end result, not least because the advert emphasises the fact that The Entertainer Toy Shop provides children and parents with the opportunity to play together with a new toy for just a penny.”
