Door4 and Refinery have delivered a new website for the country’s biggest kitchen brand, Magnet.

Led by Lancashire’s Door4, it enhances the “omnichannel” nature of shopping - using online and in-store. It also includes JWT’s new branding and a customer design tool, which was created in-house.

“For customers, it bridges the gap between online browsing and making their new kitchen a reality, and allows them control over the process, from their initial ideas on the sofa to finalising and purchasing their choice in-store,” said James Berzins, digital director of Door4.

Door4 worked on the user experience and jointly created the wireframes, before managing the final build stage, with content and assets from Carat and JWT.

It was built in Episerver and delivered within 3 weeks.
