Skylab is working on a “confidential” digital project for the International Canoe Federation in Switzerland.

The Manchester company has revealed that it is an “innovative” and “ambitious” brief as the ICF “embraces digital transformation on a global scale.”

“This is a very exciting time for canoeing, as we look to capitalise on our presence in communities all around the world,” said ICF Secretary-General, Simon Toulson.

“It’s an ambitious project, so in deciding who we should work with to ensure its success we have to make sure we are working with people we know will be able to get the task done. It makes our life a lot easier, knowing we have a team in our corner who are so focused on our end goal.”

The ICF is headquartered in Lausanne and is the umbrella organisation for all national canoe organisations worldwide.

“Skylab always looks to work with clients who want to embrace digital transformation. Our work with yet another world federation gets us a step closer to our goal of world-class work, on a world stage,” added Nigel Collier, CEO of Skylab.
