Jewellers, David M Robinson, has revealed the first phase of its digital transformation.

It said that the move came following its closure during lockdown and a “chance to reflect and refocus.”

The new website was done alongside Harrogate-based, The Lift Agency and web development specialist, MattBay in Manchester.

This has launched alongside 2 new Instagram channels, one focused on jewellery and the other on watches. Both of which are being managed in-house.

“Launching two Instagram channels was the natural next step in our digital journey, ensuring we are consistently posting relevant content for our loyal followers,” explained DMR’s Head of Marketing, Liz Allister.

“These new dedicated accounts not only allow us to showcase our partner watch brands in the way they deserve, but also provides us with the platform to tell the story of DMR, illustrating every aspect from bridal, bespoke, design, craftsmanship and not forgetting our friendly experts across our four showrooms who help make it all happen.”

The website promotes the company’s diamond collections, as well as timepieces from its partner brands. New editorial pages are dedicated to the DMR Bridal journey and choosing rings.

David M Robinson was founded in Liverpool in 1969 and has 4 showrooms across the North West of England.
