Citizens Advice appoints lead creative agency

Story has won a competitive pitch process to lead on a new brand awareness campaign for Citizens Advice.

The agency, which is based in Newcastle and the Midlands, will work across brand marketing, media planning and buying.

The process was managed by GO! Network in Manchester.

“We approached GO! to kickstart our search for relevant agencies, as well to seek independent support and feedback on the agencies we might be able to work with,” stated Donna Wardell, Head of Brand and Marketing at Citizens Advice.

“From our first meeting, we felt that our needs were completely understood, and each agency we were matched with showed a real understanding of our aims and brief.”

Wardell said that Story “shared a real understanding of our brief and our aims and had a number of creative ideas we were really excited about.”
