Feefo has appointed Bottled Imagination, following a competitive pitch process.
The Manchester agency has been retained to focus on creative PR campaigns and reactive public relations to boost the reach and profile of the platform.
“Bottled Imagination really impressed us in the pitch process by pulling together a comprehensive, creative and empathetic approach to our PR,” said Caelan Dillon, Head of Marketing at Feefo.
“The team had a commercial focus to their thinking that we really think will move the needle for Feefo in 2025 and beyond.”

Feefo was founded in 2006 to collect reviews about companies from verified customers. The company, which is based in the UK and USA, employs more than 150 staff and says it works with 6500 brands around the world, including Autotrader and Iceland.
“As soon as this brief came in, we knew this was for us. B2B is a rapidly growing part of our business right now,” added Luke Cope, Co-founder and Creative Strategy Director at Bottled Imagination.
