Deltatre has been given the contract to produce the graphics for BBC’s World Cup coverage.
The company will be working with BBC Sport to design and install an in-studio augmented reality graphic system to display competition data and information including the location of stadia across Brazil.
“The FIFA World Cup is a highlight in the sporting calendar, and deltatre is extremely proud to support the BBC in bringing first-class, compelling coverage to football fans across the UK,” said Hugo Sharman, director North (UK).
Sharman’s team will be based both at MediaCityUK and Rio de Janeiro during the competition.
