Mason Williams cooks up barbecue client win

Mason Williams Communications has won the UK account for barbecue and outdoor kitchen specialists, Napoleon.

The Manchester agency will look to drive awareness of its high-performance grills as well as educating and encouraging better barbecue habits.

David Coulson, director of marketing at Napoleon, said: “At our core we are craftsman; delivering quality, reliability and beauty with superior warranties.

“We believe this sets us apart from our competitors and, with Mason Williams onboard, we want to help re-shape and improve UK grill habits and culture for less waste, more sustainable, better barbecuing all year round.”

Mason Williams, which also has a London office and has just celebrated its 32nd birthday, also works with the likes of Elf on the Shelf and Moser.

Founder and CEO Rita Rowe said: “We pitched for and won the contract to deliver a multi-faceted creative campaign reaching a targeted audience during peak season.

“Alongside a new website, new product range and new recipes, we will host exclusive promotions and partnerships as well as launching an exciting influencer and ambassador programme ahead of, and during, barbecue season.”
