The Lenny Agency has been appointed by Kaz Europe to implement a trade and consumer PR campaign for a new range of Braun thermometers.

The West Yorkshire agency, which won the account after a competitive pitch, will handle the launch at the St Martins Hotel in London as well as a number of other events and a range of offline and digital activities.

It will also manage all PR activity for a pan-European campaign.

Julien Charrière, associate brand manager at Kaz Europe, said: “We saw a number of agencies but Lenny really stood out. We felt secure in the knowledge that the team at Lenny really understood the market and how to get quality coverage and brand awareness for our new thermometers.”

Emma Leonard, MD at Lenny, added: “Winning the Kaz account was a major milestone in our history, and we’re excited to get the campaign underway.

“We have extensive knowledge in this area and have built strong relationships with key media and bloggers, which will help to gain maximum coverage for the products.”

Lenny, which has worked with Braun before on a microsite for its blood pressure monitors, also works with the University of Leeds, Yorkshire Building Society and Kaymich.
