With special guests Kevin Sinfield and Jamie Jones-Buchanan

In a post-pandemic job market, attracting and retaining talent has become a challenge for businesses across industries. So who better to give insight on how to build a winning team than two of the most successful players in Rugby Super League history, Kevin Sinfield and Jamie Jones-Buchanan?

Formerly a professional rugby player for Leeds Rhinos and currently the defence coach for the England Rugby League team, Kevin Sinfield is perhaps better known outside of sporting circles for his spectacular fundraising efforts which have earned him an OBE. Sinfield has recently published his best-selling book ‘The Extra Mile’, a memoir which covers his career as the Rugby League’s greatest and most inspirational player and documents the fundraising challenges on behalf of MND Association for his teammate and best friend Rob Burrow – including running 7 marathons in 7 days.

Jamie Jones-Buchanan was part of Leeds Rhinos’ ‘Golden Generation’ which won six Super League Grand Finals and secured the World Champions title in 2012. Having been awarded an MBE in 2022 for services to rugby league football and the community in Leeds, Jones-Buchanan is now a Rugby League coach and Head of Culture, Diversity and Inclusivity at Leeds Rhinos.

From motivating team members and moulding champions to shaping a first class culture, HUB CEO Rob Shaw and Prolific North editor David Prior will be picking the brains of these world-class sportsmen and discovering exactly what it is that makes a winning team tick.

Join us for an inspirational morning that will leave you feeling motivated, and give you actionable strategies to take forward and grow your team!
