Leeds-based Hatch Communications has completed a brand refresh and repositioning after what it says was its “most successful year to date”.

The new look showcases the “Family Hatch” positioning as the agency looks to “champion the individuals that make the business the success it is”, with three new faces also added to the team.

Helen Simpson moves from Lemon Zest PR to become an account manager, Sophie Gannon joins after a year in the Toyota and Lexus press office, and Helen Cooper will be managing the office and assisting with project management.

The agency, which is in its seventh year of business, is currently working with clients including the Crabbie’s Grand National, the Wensleydale Creamery and new American cider Lazy Jack’s.

Jason Madeley, managing director, said: “2014 was a fantastic year for Hatch with the company building on seven years of success to hit the £1million turnover mark for the first time.

“We’ve redeveloped the Hatch brand to focus on its most important assets – the team. We want to focus on our relationships with our clients and the media and not be a faceless agency.

“I’m delighted with how we have developed the brand with this fresh look and our new recruits are set to take us to the next level of client service and experience.”
