Eight more recruits for Tangerine
Manchester communications consultancy, Tangerine has appointed eight new recruits to expand its 60-strong team.
The new arrivals will be strengthening its consumer and B2B offering to work on its wide ranging portfolio of global and national clients.
Tangerine’s founder and chair, Sandy Lindsay said: “This is an exciting time for Tangerine, as the consultancy continues to invest in existing and upcoming talent across the board, in addition to focusing on driving new business with a number of high profile brands – we’ll soon be at the 70 mark before we know it.”
Appointed to the consumer team is Manisha Jani, who joins from McCann Manchester as junior account manager. Jani will play a key role in organic growth and developing the consultancy’s consumer portfolio, including Peugeot, Wilko and E.on. With experience at London agency, Clarion PR, Melissa Clayton joins the team as account executive and will work on accounts including Atkins and JW Lees.
The B2B team has hired Aaron Eastwood from MTJ Associates, as senior account executive. Eastwood will work on clients including Dulux Trade, Encirc and the Together Trust, alongside newly appointed junior account executives, Amy Cantrill (who was away from work when the picture here was taken) and Calum Metcalfe.
Continuing to invest in young talent through its social media apprenticeship programme, The Juice Academy, Tangerine has recruited college leavers Jody Hackney, Hollie Stirrip and Sean Fielding across the B2B and B2C teams.
As part of their day-to-day roles in building and protecting the Tangerine portfolio of brands, the apprentices will be tasked with creating online content for the agency’s wide range of clients. Hackney, Stirrip and Fielding will also regularly attend tutorials at The Juice Academy, to train in every area of social media management.
