Roland Dransfield PR has secured a hat-trick of new clients as it adds a new member to its team.

The Manchester-based agency has been handed a PR and social media brief by The Co-operative Estates to support the food property team's growth across the UK.

It has also been tasked with a social media brief for estate agents Savills, while its public affairs division will be providing strategic communications and public consultation support for property developer Terrace Hill.

Lisa Morton, managing director at Roland Dransfield, said: "It’s great news for us to have been appointed by three additional new clients at the beginning of 2013. It is also encouraging to see positive movement again within the property market, particularly retail and leisure, which has always been one of our specialist areas of expertise."

Meanwhile, Manchester University graduate Maria Murphy (pictured) will be joining the Roland Dransfield team as account executive.
