James Bell moves from digital agency Stickyeyes, where he worked in digital and multichannel strategy for brands such as Staples Europe, Tesco Bank, ghd and GlaxoSmithKline.

The agency, formerly known as Gratterpalm, now employs 156 people with offices in both London and Leeds, and clients such as Asda, Greggs, Pets at Home, DFS and Sofa Workshop.

Gordon Bethell, chairman of CreativeRace, said: “As we move into more strategic and integrated briefs, we need client champions with broad sector experience and strong relationship skills. James and Emily fit the bill perfectly.”
