Corporation Pop has won a 4-way pitch to develop a website for Central Manchester University Hospitals.

The Manchester-based agency will be creating a site to showcase the fertility services available at the Trust.

“We’re delighted to be working with a local company. Corporation Pop has a history of developing creative and engaging user experiences and so we felt were the right people for the job,” explained Sam Evans, directorate manager for gynaecology at Central Manchester University Hospitals Foundation Trust (CMFT).

The site is expected to go live in February and will support the launch of new assisted conception facilities in April.

“It’s fantastic to be working with Manchester hospitals. This project is about understanding the needs of the user so that they have access to the right information to make informed decisions,” added Dom Raban, managing director at Corporation Pop.

“The end result will be contemporary and easy to use, while clearly communicating that the offering is affiliated with the NHS. It will provide clear routes to information with the minimum number of clicks and be optimised for a range of devices including tablet and mobile.”

The fertility site will be independent of the main website and will house information including pregnancy rates and treatment pathways integrated with social media and video.
