Citypress has won the Swinton Insurance PR account after a competitive pitch.
The Manchester agency has been appointed to manage Swinton’s corporate reputation and increase awareness of its consumer brand to support the company’s broader marketing strategy.
The account was previously held by SKV Communications, and a handover process is underway at the moment.
Led by director Victoria Blakeley and senior account director Mark Lester, Citypress will manage all consumer and corporate media relations for the Swinton brand and co-ordinate content for social, digital and earned media channels.
Manchester-headquartered Swinton employs 4,000 staff across the UK and provides insurance cover to two million customers. It currently has over four million policies in force.
