Visualsoft scores with Burnley FC partnership

Burnley FC has partnered with Visualsoft to enhance its ecommerce operations.

The club, which returns to the Premier League this weekend also wanted to transform its  online customer experience.

Visualsoft designed and built the site, to offer “seamless browsing, navigation and payment processes.” The agency also sought to increase engagement and interaction to drive further sales.

The club will also be hoping for an ecommerce boost through the new Sky documentary, Mission to Burnley, plus new American investors, the former NFL star, JJ Watt and ex-US midfielder, Kealia Watt.

“We have only scratched the surface and are already working to release further upgrades to the site including more personalised shopping experiences for international fans,” added Burnley FC’s Director of Strategy, Hamish Wilson.

“Our aim is to double our online sales and have 50% of overall retail sales come from the eCommerce platform. Visualsoft has already delivered improvements that bring Burnley FC closer to these ambitious targets, and we’re actively working on further developments to achieve these goals.”

The Clarets, which kick off their campaign against Manchester City tomorrow night, have also announced Rapidz as their new blockchain partner.
