ROAR Digital takes on PR firm and transformation specialist to help manage rapid growth

Rapidly growing Newcastle digital marketing agency ROAR has appointed a business transformation specialist and PR partner as it aims for further expansion.

ROAR Digital Marketing specialises in strategic SEO and PPC solutions, and has seen demand for its services grow by nearly 50 per cent in the past two months alone.

ROAR founder and managing director Michael Knowles has now enlisted the services of Cumbria-based integrated PR and communications agency 32West, which also operates a Newcastle office as well as one in Liverpool, and fellow Geordies Interdigitate, a change and transformation business, to elevate his business to the next level stimulate further growth in client base.

32West will raise awareness of the Search Engine Marketing specialists to a wider audience, while Interdigitate will provide independent analysis of current working practices and introduce slicker processes to ensure ROAR has the capabilities and adequate resources to continue to deliver results and provide value to its growing client base.

ROAR founder Knowles said: “The past 12 months, in particular, have been a bit of a whirlwind for as our client base has grown significantly, from Scotland right down to London, and news about the successes we have achieved for our customers is constantly spreading.

“We understand as a business there are things we can be doing better to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans, and enlisting the services of specialists in their field will make sure that we can continue to strive to be the best while placing the same importance on ensuring our customers receive a personal and professional service at all times.”

Interdigitate is a change and transformation business which analyses businesses from top to bottom to understand their daily operations and staffing structures, and then helps implement new or improved processes in readiness for their future development.

Working with organisations across multiple sectors, including the NHS, manufacturing, third sector and education, the company has recently acquired coveted Lumina Learning status, which will see its team carry out personality profiling to understand each individual within a company to formulate best working practices.
