Candidsky, the award-winning digital marketing agency, is proud to announce the promotion of David Vernon to the role of chief executive officer (CEO), effective 1st July 2025.
Vernon’s promotion from managing director to CEO marks a significant milestone for both him and the agency. Having been with Candidsky for over six years, he has played a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, scaling its service offering, and delivering record-breaking results for clients across the UK.

As CEO, Vernon will focus on accelerating the agency’s growth into new markets, expanding its strategic partnerships, and launching new performance-driven service lines across SEO, Paid Media, and Digital PR.

Its been a rapid rise for Vernon at the Manchester in agency since he first joined in 2019, initially as a senior account manager, where he led campaigns for major clients including Yamaha Music Europe, PGL, and brands under the Citation Group. Rising through the ranks to account director then operations director, Vernon was only promoted to MD in April of this year ahead of the latest promotion.
