LMc Digital relaunches as One-Two Digital after ‘outgrowing single-person status’

A Yorkshire digital marketer with over a decade of industry experience, is launching a brand new agency, One-Two Digital, to refelect a period of intense growth.

Laura Holyer, based in Pudsey, launched her first agency, LMc Digital in 2017 after ascending through the agency ranks. With experience in delivering PPC and affiliate marketing strategies for leading brands including Halfords and RBS, the business quickly grew.

Within two years, LMc had outgrown its single-person status, building a network of specialist consultants to expand its service offering, following major client wins including Roomzzz and Blindsbypost. LMc was beating pitches against “some of Leeds’ largest marketing agencies.”

Driving over a 500 per cent increase in revenue since 2017 and with an average client retention rate of three years and solid capital and reserves at last filing (YE Jan 31 2022), Holyer is now scaling up the business, re-launching as One-Two Digital to “to form a consultancy of talented digital experts.”

With a new strategic direction, the remodelled agency aims to help as many ambitious SME’s as possible to grow their online presence, and take results to the next level. One-Two Digital’s mission is to “help SME’s to prosper from digital marketing, by helping them to come up against their main competitors by delivering outstanding results.”

Holyer said that, by implementing a collaborative way of working, the One-Two Digital team will work closely with clients to understand what success looks like to them, and help them to reach their goals.

One-Two’s team holds over 45 years of experience and will be delivering a refined offering including PPC, SEO, paid social, marketplaces and affiliate services, as well as providing clear strategy and direction.

Holyer says the name was a ‘natural choice’ reflecting the collaborative ‘back and forth’ relationships the team maintains with clients, as well as a shared love of football and a good old one-two pass.

Holyer added: “We’ve worked incredibly hard over the past six years to grow the business to the scale it is now. We pride ourselves on building and retaining excellent client relationships, which I believe is key to our success and means we can continuously help them to smash their sales targets. We love what we do, and we want to help as many businesses as we can to understand and get excited by the benefits of digital marketing.”
