Monami Frost’s vegan burger chain Frost Burgers, which had branches in Manchester and Liverpool, has entered administration after announcing its closure last month.
The restaurant was founded in 2018 by social media influencer Frost. It offered an entirely plant-based menu, serving burgers, fries and ‘milk’ shakes.
The company clocked up turnover of £515,811 last year, but ceased trading in August, citing the cost of living crisis.
Frost Burgers had restaurants on Portland Street in Manchester and Wood Street, Liverpool.
Paul Stanley and Jason Greenhalgh of Begbies Traynor have been appointed as joint administrators of Frost Burgers Limited and are now looking for someone to buy the company’s leases and the assets.
