Leeds-headquartered employer branding specialist Chatter Communications has appointed Nadia Pluck as its new Head of Agency Operations.
It has made a total of four new appointments as it continues on a growth trajectory.
Pluck joins from Finn, where she was Account Director, and also has a wealth of experience at agencies including CreativeRace, Intermarketing, and DS.Emotion. In her new role she’ll hold responsibility for boosting the agency’s core expertise, strategic and creative thinking, and improving ways of working.
She said: “I was attracted to Chatter because of the team and the people; the energy is infectious and the feedback from clients is testament to their hard work. I’ll be looking to help continue the amazing growth of the agency, enhancing the strategic, creative and empowering environment and developing effective ways of working to ensure Chatter is at the forefront of new opportunities in line with the important issues on our clients’ agendas.”
Also joining the team at Chatter is Naomi Booth Wade as Research & Insight Analyst, having previously been Research Consultant at Cirrus, part of Accenture.
Completing the list is two new Account Directors – James Newbigin and Kirsty Northage. Newbigin has experience in partnership management at professional sport institutions including Harlequins and Southampton FC; while Northage brings expertise from an Account Director role at event management agency First Event.
Paul Ainley, Managing Director at Chatter, said: “We are delighted to welcome four such experienced and talented individuals to the team.
“It’s a really exciting time in the people sector. More and more organisations are starting to recognise the value of employee experience and its link to brand performance – particularly as recruitment and retention are such key issues right now.”
