North West fashion etailer, Misspap, is aiming for expansion in the United States, with a new US-focused website.
The company was founded in Manchester in 2014, originally under the retail name of Paparazzi, before rebranding and going online only in 2016.
It’s owned by 34-year-old Ashley Ali, with former Rare Fashion owner, John Quinn as its CEO.
“This is perhaps our biggest and most exciting project to date. Misspap.com is just a fantastic way for Misspap to expand and build it its reputation overseas,” explained Quinn.
“We are constantly overwhelmed with the success of Misspap in the UK and if we achieve this level of success in America, it would be immense. What we are most focused on is bringing the Misspap values of on-trend fast fashion and affordable products to the USA customer.”
It’s .co.uk site will be aimed solely at the UK and Europe, with a completely new .com website focused on America. This will include tailored product, assets, campaigns, delivery and currency aimed at America.
This will be supported by a new Californian warehouse.
“We do understand the difference in customer and this is perhaps our trickiest thing to conquer, however, once this is achieved there is no reason that Misspap can’t be one of the biggest fashion companies to succeed in America. We have the team, we have the plan and more than anything we have the determination,” continued Quinn.
