Liane Grimshaw has left her position as managing director of Click Consult after just 5 months, however, she will remain on board as a consultant.
The move means that Click Consult’s founder, Matt Bullas will have a more hands-on role for day-to-day operations, taking on a new job title, CEO.
Bullas told Prolific North this morning:
“It was a mutual decision, which was right for the business and enables us both to work together and take Click Consult forward in a positive direction.
“Liane will be working as a consultant on very specific areas of the business, such as inbound marketing including our new marketing automation platform. So it really is an exciting time for the company and a very positive development.”
Grimshaw, the former managing partner of Amaze PLC, will be operating through her own firm, LG UK, specialising as a digital consultant and business advisor.
Click Consult was established in 2003. Based just south of Liverpool, it currently employs around 100 members of staff, reporting an annual turnover of £7m+.
When Grimshaw joined in March, it was in order to “take the business to the next level.”
