New website and digital marketing campaign for B2B bathroom supplier

Digital agency Bespoke has launched a new website and marketing campaign for a Northern-based B2B bathroom retailer having won the account earlier in the year.

Following a three-way pitch Clifton Trade Bathrooms - which has 26 depots in the North - appointed Bespoke to help support its nationwide expansion.

The lead generation specialist has offices in Lancashire and London, and now it has revealed the new site for the seller will manage digital marketing services on retainer to build the online customer base.

Steve Brenna, Co-founder and CEO of Bespoke, said: “Face-to-face working has always been very much the norm in the trade world... COVID has had a huge impact on this and, whilst the easing of restrictions has allowed some return to the accustomed ways, it has also highlighted the benefits of digital working for trades.

“The new website will provide a valuable tool to add to Clifton Trade Bathroom’s commitment to providing a service aimed at helping tradespeople with bathroom products and refits, with new functions that give traders remote support and additional features to help their businesses. 

“As well as adding new functions, the new website also represents an overall modernisation into the online experience expected in an increasingly competitive marketplace, providing a more user-friendly user experience that works well for both tradespeople and their customers."
