Leeds agency Edit, part of Kin + Carta, has announced three new senior hires - an Associate Director of Insights, Associate Director of Digital Strategy and a Business Growth Consultant.

The appointments follow client wins including Shell, The Rank Group and The Salvation Army.

Marc Dallimore joins as Associate Director of Insights and has more than seven years’ experience working for agencies including Dentsu & Wavemaker, Marc Dallimore.

He said: “I really enjoy getting under the skin of client data, helping make decisions whilst ensuring they’re actionable. The Edit proposition is something that I’m really enthusiastic about; using data at every point of the decision process from planning, activation and analysis means that we can build a team that is fluent in both data and media languages.”

Arianne Donoghue has been appointed Associate Director of Digital Strategy. She has more than 13 years’ experience and started out in PPC working for brands including Thomas Cook and has since worked with Razorfish, Mamas & Papas, icelolly.com, Premier Farnell, Stickyeyes and Epiphany.

She said: “Having always been impressed by the work I saw coming out of Edit (and having nearly joined nine years ago) now is a great time to join the company as it looks to the future and invests in the team. Being passionate about marketing and technology, I’m really excited to see what we can do by combining both to offer new solutions to our clients.”

And John Ward joins as Growth Consultant.  He has 14 years’ experience in the digital industry working for companies like Trinity Mirror Plc, Blueclaw and twentysix.

He said: “I am very excited to be part of Edit and the Kin + Carta family, the connective is truly global, very intelligent and customer centric, which is what Enterprise businesses are looking for currently in the digital market.”

Damian Coverdale, CEO of Edit, said: “We’ve achieved a huge amount in our first year, from re-shaping our proposition, continuing to deliver great work to our clients and making strategic investments in our people”

“These fantastic hires demonstrate that our approach is working, and this is down to the commitment everyone in the business has shown around aligning behind the new Edit brand.”
