Manchester agency Social launches new property service

Social - agency

Manchester-headquartered agency Social has launched a new property service to support housing association brands and private developers.

The new standalone service will provide a full marketing and communications offer to support brands with property developments.

Through targeted lead generation and storytelling, it plans to develop campaigns to bolster a brand’s position in the marketplace and attract buyers.

It will utilise colleagues from the agency’s creative, marketing and PR teams to develop lead generation strategies and implement targeted campaigns that convert into property sales.

It is launching the service following work on a series of projects and campaigns for housing association brands and private developers.

Tony Whittingham (pictured, right), Associate Director and Head of Property Sales, said: “New build homes have become increasingly popular for first-time buyers and buy-to-let investors and with the changes in what people now want from their homes, there are plenty of opportunities for private developers and housing associations to meet this demand.

“Our market knowledge and proven track-record of helping developers raise awareness, nurture customers and convert completions makes this the perfect time to establish a dedicated service for this market.”

Diana MacCarthy (pictured, left), Managing Director of Social Manchester, added: “Our extensive experience in the built environment makes property sales a natural evolution of our agency’s Social Place offer, as we support the development of new home builds that are creating new communities around the country.”
