Property specialist Blaze Marketing has picked up a hat-trick of new account wins.

The Manchester-based agency has been hired by CBRE after a four-way pitch to work on Aurora Stockport, a scheme regenerating a former council estate into a new industrial employment site on behalf of Stockport Council.

Blaze also won a competitive pitch to create a bespoke website for Manchester Place, and has been instructed by Peel Environmental to name and brand Protos, a 126-acre site that’s set to become a northern hub for energy, innovation and industry at Ince Park in Cheshire.

Daniel Bourmad (right in picture), director and co-founder, said: “There is currently a building boom and a lot of investor confidence around. A good quality, strategic marketing campaign is the crucial ingredient that portfolio managers are seeking to increase their values. Blaze has been lucky enough to partner with the best of them to achieve this.”

Former chartered surveyor Bourmad and Kevin Whitter, a former graphic designer, joined forces to set up Blaze in 2013.

Whitter added: “Word is spreading about our unique approach and understanding and we’re extremely pleased to be attracting fascinating work and delivering fantastic solutions for such high profile clients.”
