Ali Fortescue has left Look North after two years to become Home Affairs Reporter for Sky News.
Oxford-educated Fortescue joined Look North in August 2016 from BBC South East. She joined the Corporation on the BBC Journalism Trainee scheme in September 2014.
Look North are yet to announce a replacement.
