Jo Taylor, who led the rebrand of Manchester’s Bee Network has launched a new purpose-led micro-agency.
Taylor is the former Head of Brand, Marketing, Design and Digital at Transport for Greater Manchester and has launched BrandXYZ to blend “big-agency and in-house brand, marketing, PR and comms expertise.”
“My passion has always been working with those brands that make a positive impact for people, place and planet, so I want to build an agency that puts purpose first,’ explained Taylor.
“BrandXYZ exists to help brands that want to make a difference maximise their impact and achieve measurable success. We’re not just telling stories — we’re delivering results that demonstrate purpose, while driving business growth.”

Taylor left TfGM in August last year after 3 years at the organisation. Prior to that she worked at Tangerine and McCann.
The new agency has already signed up The Growth Company and is currently advising local authorities on bus franchising brand strategies.
She explained that the “super agency” model would mean working with a network of specialists and wider agencies across design, video, web, SEO and media buying.
“Whether launching a new brand, delivering transformational campaigns, or rethinking strategy, we’re here to help change-making organisations be as successful as they possibly can and we’re excited to work with partners and clients who share our vision for purposeful, impactful growth,” continued Taylor.
