Creative-led Manchester marketing communications agency, Jam, has set ambitious targets for the year ahead, including a 30% increase in profit year-on-year in the 2025/2026 financial year and a rise in headcount by 40% over the next three years.
The plans come after the agency made a record-breaking start to 2025, onboarding 10 clients since the start of the year across its key sectors, which include financial services, food and drink, charity, and travel and leisure.
Over the course of 2025, the agency will be developing integrated campaigns, from collaborating with influencers, developing standout events, and launching TikTok shops, to creating new websites and undertaking brand positioning projects.
Having recently turned 18, Jam has unveiled a brand refresh to mark the milestone. The refreshed brand aims to showcase everything Jam stands for – brave thinking, no-nonsense strategy and bold creative. As Jam moves into a new era, the refreshed brand is sharper, clearer, and the agency is even more focused on delivering the kind of work that moves the needle.
Co-founder and managing director Jaime Gee, said: “We entered 2025 with ambitious growth targets, and building on the momentum of the first six months we have successfully set the foundations for a strong year ahead.
“Several incumbent clients have again reappointed us, some heading into their fourth year with us, and we’re onboarding new clients to our roster, all made possible by the passion, drive and extraordinary thinking of our Jammers.“

Co-founder and creative director of Jam, Dave Gee, who led the brand refresh, added: “After 18 years of Jammin’ we’ve brought the brand back to its bold, punky roots. Like any ambitious business, we’ve evolved, and this refresh reflects who we are today while nodding to the journey we’ve been on. Using the same insight-led strategies we apply to our clients’ brands, this evolution aligns with our values and long-term vision. It’s not just about how we show up; it’s about where we’re headed and how we’ll help our clients make an even bigger impact along the way.”
The integrated agency specialises in branding, creative, web design and build, insights and strategy, social media and PR. Take a look at the new website to learn more about Jam, wearejam.agency, or follow the agency on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
