Crisis Prevention Institute appoints Wolfenden as digital partner

Dementia care training is among the services CPI offers

Crisis Prevention Institute has appointed Wolfenden to provide SEO, content and strategic digital marketing support.

Crisis Prevention Institute Inc is the worldwide leader in evidence-based de-escalation and crisis prevention training and dementia care services. Established in 1980, it has since helped train more than 15 million people within service-oriented industries including education, health care, behavioural health, long term care, social care, security, corrections, corporate, and retail.

The US-founded company is headquartered in Milwaukee and in Manchester in the UK and employs around 400 people globally. It also has teams based in France and Australia.

Wolfenden is a Leeds-based digital marketing agency which works with brands including Kiddies Kingdom, Terrys Fabrics and Seasalt Cornwall. The appointment is part of CPI’s push to expand its market share across existing territories and prep for new market growth with a long-term organic strategy.

Wolfenden will support with ongoing technical SEO, content and strategic digital marketing. Additionally, its data and analytics experts will enable clear performance reporting across all territories, aligned with overarching business growth goals.
