Leeds agency Wolfstar has been appointed by luxury knitwear brand, Cosy Cashmere, to develop its PR and social media strategy.

Halifax-based Cosy launched its online retail platform in August 2015 and creates its products using cashmere from Inner Mongolia.

Wolfstar has now been tasked with creating an online social community and developing a strong communication strategy to raise brand awareness and online retail presence.

Cosy Cashmere’s chairman, John Kaye, said: “We are greatly looking forward to having Wolfstar on board during this exciting period for Cosy Cashmere. With Wolfstar’s extensive social media and PR expertise, we have no doubt our relationship will be a great success.”

Wolfstar also works with the British Wool Marketing Board and fashion retailer Hawes & Curtis.

Managing director, Tim Sinclair, said: “Using our extensive knowledge of the PR and social media space, Wolfstar will expand Cosy Cashmere’s retail awareness, proactively respond to customer needs and create an online environment where sales are more likely.”
