We're Jaywing. We transform businesses and fuel brands. Our Newbury team is expanding, and we're in need of a confident and experienced planner to help us get things done. You'll be working closely with members of our Senior Team, developing and supporting strategic projects across the entire agency, formulating brand communication strategies, and facilitating and analysing research projects for both our clients, and for Jaywing itself.
As Jaywing’s Business Development Director, your main objective is to generate GP growth in the Financial/Professional services vertical. You’ll need to maximise close rates, and nurture a prospect network, all while continually improving opportunity qualification, and pitch delivery. Working closely with the Demand Generation Manager, who creates an active pipeline of prospects, it’ll be your job to qualify these prospects in or out of the pitch process, and maximise close rate by employing your own consultative selling techniques.
